Thank you for shopping with ToastyApparel. We want you to feel confident about your purchase—whether it ships from our studio or through our international partners.

Returns & Exchanges:

Because most of our items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind reasons. Please double-check sizing charts and order details before confirming your purchase.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@toasty.media with a photo and your order number. We’ll review and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.

Refund Eligibility:

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged
  • Your order never arrived (verified by tracking)

Crypto Payments (via DePay):

If you paid with crypto, refunds (when applicable) will be:

  • Issued in store credit, or
  • Refunded in the same token, at the USD value at time of purchase. We do not reimburse gas fees, network delays, or price fluctuations.

Late or Missing Refunds:
