What sizes do you offer?

We offer most items from Small to XXL. Size charts are available on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change-of-mind. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at hello@toasty.media within 7 days of delivery.

How long does shipping take?

Production usually takes 2–7 business days. Delivery depends on your location:

  • International orders (via Printful): 7–21 business days after production

  • Asia-based orders (in-house DTF): 2–7 business days after production

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and timelines are calculated at checkout.

Will I get tracking info?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link by email.

Can I cancel my order?

If you made a mistake, email us immediately at hello@toasty.media. We can’t guarantee cancellations since production starts quickly.

Do you accept crypto?

Yes! You can pay with your favorite cryptocurrencies including USDC, USDT, ETH, MATIC, and BNB through DePay at checkout.

Just choose the “DePay” option and connect your crypto wallet (like MetaMask, Trust Wallet, or Coinbase Wallet). 

Are crypto payments refundable?

All crypto payments are final. If eligible, refunds are issued in store credit or the same token based on its USD value at time of purchase. We do not cover gas fees or price changes.

What if I paid with crypto and nothing happened?

Check your wallet for confirmation, then email hello@toasty.media with your order number and transaction ID. We’ll verify it and process your order manually if needed.

I want an NFT of the design, what if I don’t have a crypto wallet?

At this time, we can only deliver NFTs to supported wallets. If you don’t have one, your order will still process — but no NFT will be issued. We’re working on a redemption system for non-wallet holders soon.

What happens if my package is lost or delayed?

Delays can happen. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 10+ business days, contact us. We’ll work with the carrier or fulfillment team to resolve it.

Will I pay customs fees?

International orders may be subject to duties or import taxes. These are not included at checkout and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Where are you based?

We operate globally but our in-house fulfillment is based in Thailand. International orders are fulfilled through our partner network (e.g., Printful).
